CARE Indoor use only Any creases after unboxing should disappear in a week or two Rotate periodically to avoid fading from sunlight We recommend vacuuming regularly. Use a vacuum cleaner without a beater bar, or one where you can set the bar to the highest pile setting. If your vacuum has variable power settings, set on low. Depending on how heavily your rug is used, just once or twice a month is adequate. Too much vacuuming can wear down the fibers quicker. Every few months, you’ll also want to flip your rug over and vacuum the back to get the grit out of the foundation of the rug. It also helps to rotate your rug once a year to ensure even wear over time Contact a professional for tough stains Spot cleaning instructions: If the spill is organic & non-oily (ex: wine), use a paper towel or cloth to blot the liquid. Lightly dampen the paper towel/cloth with clean water. Add some clean water sparingly to the spot to dilute the stain and gently blot the affected area. If the stain is persistent, resist the urge to scrub. Scrubbing can damage the wool fibers & allow the stain to penetrate. Using a mild detergent, such as very diluted dishwashing soap, follow the same blot-and-rinse procedure. Repeat this process until the stain is removed SUSTAINABILITY These items showcase the skills of Artisans & craftspeople.
