Wazawazi is a human-focused luxury design brand that creates high quality leather goods, handmade home accessories and hand beaded adornments. They directly employ 20 artisans and over 500 satellite artisans, who are trained on the job to a professional level for gainful employment.

Wazawazi is design-centered, taking inspiration from centuries-old African indigenous leather crafting, beading and weaving traditions; and they are impact-driven, sustaining communities, supply chains and ensuring future generations are able to access education and a good quality of life.

The Wazawazi family has grown from one employee in a residential house spare room, to a full-fledged women-led workshop, accounting for 50% of the in-house skilled workforce.
