I am Stephen Kihuyu Mwangi. The face and hands behind Steve Creatives.

Steve Creatives was founded in Nairobi Kenya in the year 2016 and later moved to Narok Town Kenya to support and work with talented, skillful and zealous Maasai and Kamba women. Here at Steve Creatives, we believe that when you empower a woman, you empower the whole society.

Steve Creatives specializes in the art of carved animal masks, carved animals, Tic-tac hand drums, Calabash art and rolling animal toys.

This would not be possible without the support of our amazing carvers and craftsmen with whom I collaborate. I believe in supporting local business. I can be assured that my products are produced in an ethical and sustainable way when I have strong relationships with my local carvers and artisans. One of the most rewarding aspects of running this business is the friendships I have formed with the people who help to bring Steve Creatives to life and those who support my little business.
