Dreamer & Co is a jewelry brand that provides a holistic approach to dignified employment for their partner artisans, helping them realize their potential and feel empowered, valued, and in turn, flourish in their daily lives.

Dreamer & Co works with a group of artisans in the Horn of Africa who create jewelry using handmade paper beads. They are also starting a refugee job program in the US to employ Afghani women in the Washington, D.C. area.
