In the remote bush of Zambia’s South Luangwa Valley, our dedicated team of women (the meaning of "Azimai") hand-create luxury scented candles and nourishing lip balm from Zambia’s rich, golden beeswax. Azimai strives to uphold a sustainable standard that benefits the planet and the community, whilst enhancing one's health, well-being and happiness.

We are a small, humble team of women that have been trained from scratch in production and various areas of management in the workshop. The dream is to grow our team and support more local women not only financially but offer new skills and opportunities, as well as building confidence and quality of life.

Azimai has a vibrant and playful personality. Our story focuses on sustainability, women empowerment, ethical sourcing, giving back to our beloved Zambia where we can, recognising the value of what Africa's natural environment has to offer and educating people on these values, whilst at the same time offering a great quality product.

Our product focus is on candle scent uniqueness, colour, a passion for Africa, and an uplifting, quality aesthetic. Azimai candles are crafted with three cotton wicks, creating a warm and peaceful ambiance. We have 4 delicious signature scents using combinations that have been loved by our consumers, who have bought over again. Our lip balms are a combination of Zambian beeswax, Mozambican coconut oil and mango butter making an intensely moisturising balm.
