Others is a Salvation Army initiative using Fair Trade Principles to create jobs and contribute to empowerment and poverty alleviation. Beautiful hand-made products are carefully hand-crafted by artisans in Kenya and Bangladesh. Through training, flexible working conditions and fair wages, the aim is to help artisans to become independent in providing for their families, improving access to education, health care and better living conditions.
